Neil the Speedy Reindeer
Neil, the reindeer, loved to play in the snow with his neighbor, George.
Often, they would race, and George would always say, 'Neil, you're the greatest!'
Neil's answer was always a cheerful, 'Hey, George, you're not too bad yourself!'
But today, something felt different.
Neil, while running, felt a strange weight on his back.
He tried to break free from the feeling, but it grew stronger.
George noticed and quickly ran to his aid.
Neil, are you okay?" George asked, full of concern.
Neil, trying to be brave, replied, 'I'm okay, just need to catch my breath.'
But George knew something was wrong, he decided to survey the situation.
He saw a tiny piece of ice stuck in Neil's fur, right above his vein.
George carefully removed it, and just like that, Neil felt great again.
Neil thanked George and said, 'You are truly my greatest friend.'
George replied, 'Always here to help, Neil. Let's continue our race!'
And so, they continued their playful race, forgetting about the earlier incident.
Even in the coldest tundra, the warm friendship between Neil and George shone brightly.
