The Marathon Dream
George the penguin had a dream. He planned to run a marathon. Dressed in his favorite jogging suit, he started training.
Every morning, George jogged around the coast. He loved feeling the wind on his feathers. Once, he tripped on a rock but he quickly got up and kept going.
George was not just running. He was also strength training. He patted the sand into shape, building a weightlifting station. One day, he slipped while lifting, but he laughed and tried again.
George was becoming stronger and faster. He was winning his race against time. He was ready for the marathon. The whole coast was excited. They were all clapping and cheering for him.
The day of the marathon arrived. George was nervous, but he pushed through. He ran, he hopped, he even skipped when he felt like it. He was having the time of his life.
George crossed the finish line. He was exhausted but happy. He had achieved his dream. He had shown everyone that with enough planning and hard work, dreams do come true.
