Wrigley's Desert Fun
Wrigley the ostrich knows a trick to stay cool in the desert.
Wrigley, with a knack for survival, digs a hole in the sand.
He sticks his head in the hole to avoid the burning sun.
Wrigley, feeling the wrath of the sun, decides to take a break.
With his thumb, he draws a map in the sand to remember the path back to his home.
Wrigley then grabs a leaf and uses it to fan himself.
Wrigley spots a castle on a knoll, far away from his resting spot.
With a wriggle, he gets up and decides to explore the castle.
He walks towards the castle, leaving his safe spot behind.
As he walks, Wrigley stops to comb his feathers with a small limb.
He knelt down to drink water from a puddle and then continued his journey.
He finally reaches the castle and knocks on the giant door.
The door creaks open, revealing a knight with a friendly smile.
Wrigley, feeling a bit numb from his journey, decides to rest at the castle.
Later, he even learned to knit and made a scarf for his new friend, the knight.
Wrigley, feeling brave, decides to climb the castle's highest tower.
From the top, he can see his home, the desert, far away.
He feels a sense of accomplishment, knowing he has overcome his fear.
He knows he has made a new friend and a second home.
