Katie the lemur sat in the daylight, feeling a slight pain.
She tried to stand, but her thigh was not right.
Katie's mom saw her plight and quickly climbed up the tree.
Let me see," she said, inspecting Katie's thigh in the bright light.
"Mom, will I be okay?" Katie asked with a sigh.
Yes, dear. You just need some rest," Mom replied, tying a leaf bandage tight around her thigh.
"Katie, stay here, and I will bring you some pies," said mom and left in a hurry.
That night, Katie had a peaceful sleep, feeling a lot better.
The next morning, Katie woke up to the sight of pies beside her.
Katie felt delighted as she munched on the pies, ready to start the day.
